Expert Personal Training

The human body is not an exact science. It is an art form that evolves and changes. This is why your workout program must be constantly re-evaluated and adjusted. My title as Personal Trainer goes beyond the traditional concept of health and fitness. True “personal” training is what I do.

Whether you want to gain muscle and lose fat, strengthen your core to move things around the house, develop a more powerful and efficient golf swing or simply start feeling more confident, your workout program will be “personalized.”

Exercising with incorrect form is one of the main reasons people struggle to get the results they want. I’ll train you to exercise with the correct form and technique for you. Performing the exercises I give you isn’t nearly as important as how you do them.

I’ll re-evaluate your plan after every workout. I’ll never write your next workout until your current workout has finished. I can’t stress to you enough how important this is. Thorough workout planning achieves results.

A simple yet often forgotten fact is that the human body is made to move. When we stop moving our experience of being alive starts to decline. Our bodies become stiffer and less able. We lose confidence and start to focus on when life seemed to be “better.” As I guide you through your workout program your goals will become reality.
